How are you proving your teams are vaccinated?
To protect the health and safety of all team members and customers and in line with VIC regulations, all team members have provided proof of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination – or in some cases, proof of medical exemption before returning to work. Do customers need to be vaccinated to shop in-store or pick up a Click & Collect order?
To meet government requirements and regulations, we have updated our safety measures to make sure your shopping experience is safe and enjoyable.
When shopping in-store or picking up a Click & Collect order:
> Please provide proof of full vaccination or a valid medical exemption upon entry.
> Check-in via the QR Code with your smartphone. If you don’t have a smartphone, our team will manually collect your details at the door.

How can I return an item in-store if I'm not fully vaccinated?
We are honouring any returns made outside our 30 day returns policy for states that have been impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. Victorian customers are required to be fully vaccinated and show proof in order to enter. Alternatively, you can return your items to our warehouse.
