We advise visiting your local shoe repair store as they often stock a variety of laces.

Merrell stands behind all the products that we produce with an assurance of quality materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, improper use, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and/or use.
Our shoes/boots carry a manufacturing warranty of 12 months and Sandals have a 6-month warranty, which we consider to be fair wear.
If you believe any purchased items may have a manufacturing fault, please follow the below steps.
If purchased from a Merrell stockist please take them back to the place of purchase, they will need to assess them for you and handle the warranty process.

Australian sizing is not recognised as a standard size by Merrell
The closest sizing to Australian we advise is US. For conversions we recommend checking your current shoes and seeing if there is a displayed size in US, UK or EU.
Sizing does vary between brands and even different styles in the same brand. The size guide is a recommendation to assist is choosing the best size for you but as every foot is different you may not know for sure until you try a size on.

How do I clean my footwear?
We generally recommend the following guidelines for cleaning footwear:READ FULL ARTICLE
* Cleaning: On a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off as it is hydrophilic. (Do not soak the shoes, or get any leather parts wet for too long.)
* Drying: Open the shoes fully, remove the insoles and laces and let them dry at room temperature. (Never expose them to heat!)
* Conditioning: Recommended treatment depends on the construction and material of the footwear. Many treatments do slightly alter the colour and appearance of the shoes.
How do I know what size I should be wearing?
