If you have purchased a Merrell item from a stockist (e.g. Anaconda), overseas distributor or third-party website (e.g. eBay or Amazon) you will need to return it to the retailer and have it assessed by them. Unfortunately, our Merrell Experts are unable to facilitate exchanges or refunds from our end for other retailer purchases as we don't have access to the original transaction.
